This review will be short and sweet. My laptop charger mysteriously quit working last week, and after going to a couple of very large chain retail stores, I realized that I was not going to pick up a new one for any less than . Then, as always, I decided to check Amazon and to my amazement found one of these chargers for about 1/6 the price. This item arrived very quickly (3 business days after ordering it) and works exactly as advertised. It does get a little bit warm with extended usage, but for as cheap as I got it, if I get 6 months out of it I will certainly be pleased. Please do not go out and pay the ridiculous prices for a name-brand replacement when you can save yourself some money and pick up one of these to get you by until you more than likely upgrade your laptop as technology changes. Laptop owned is Compaq Presario CQ50.
